Arlove Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Arlove ("Website"), owned and operated by Arlove ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Website.

1. Use of the Website

1.1. You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.

1.2. You agree not to use the Website in any way that may impair the performance, corrupt the content, or otherwise reduce the overall functionality of the Website.

2. Intellectual Property

2.1. The Website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Arlove and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

2.2. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Website, except as necessary for your own personal, non-commercial use.

3. Limitation of Liability

3.1. In no event shall Arlove nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Website; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Website; (iii) any content obtained from the Website; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

4. Returns & Refunds Policy

At Arlove, we take pride in the quality of our meals and want every order to arrive in perfect condition. If something goes wrong, we’ll do our best to make it right.

4.1 Faulty or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged or you believe a product is faulty, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your delivery at sales@arlove.com.au.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assess it quickly.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a full or partial refund or a replacement.

4.2 Missing Deliveries

If your delivery hasn’t arrived, please contact us within 48 hours of your scheduled delivery date.

We reserve the right to investigate with our courier partners before issuing a refund or replacement.

Please note that Arlove deliveries are left at your door or nominated safe location. Once a delivery has been made, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to collect and store the order appropriately.

4.3 Subscription Renewals

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Arlove account.

If a renewal order has already been processed, that order will still be delivered as scheduled unless a reasonable circumstance applies (for example, a delivery error or serious illness).

5. Governing Law

5.1. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6. Changes to These Terms

6.1. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

6.2. By continuing to access or use our Website after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Website.
